Hi! I am a Clinical Psychologist and have completed my M. Phil in Clinical Psychology in 2018 from PGIBAMS, Raipur.
I am a firm believer in the idea that human beings have an inner wisdom to heal themselves & grow. My aim as a therapist is to only be a catalyst in the journey of clients feeling empowered, thriving in relationships with themselves & others, exploring their authentic selves and living a purposeful life.
I am passionate about holding a non-judgmental and compassionate space which can aid clients in exploring difficult themes from their lives in a safe space. I use an approach that is collaborative, grounded in honesty, openness, compassion, and humour. I strongly believe in accepting & celebrating one's uniqueness & strengths and not 'fixing' them.
I work from a trauma-informed lens & strength-based approach which emphasises nurturing strengths & resources in the clients' life. I use strategies from various schools of thought such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour approaches, Creative Arts and Somatic approaches to name a few.
