The challenges we face in intimate relationships can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, change and healing are possible. I am a Clinical Psychologist and therapist committed to helping people feel seen, heard and respected in their relationships. I work predominantly with couples navigating conflict, communication breakdowns or sexual dysfunctions as well as with individual women who are struggling in their intimate relationships. My approach brings both humility and direction - I listen with care while also helping clients make sense of what is happening and find a way forward. For some, this means building healthier patterns of connection and support; for others, it may mean setting boundaries and protecting their sense of self. If you are seeking a therapist who will walk alongside you with compassion while also guiding you toward clarity and change, I would be glad to work with you.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
My path into this work was somewhat accidental, but the choice of clinical psychology came from a lifelong pull to help those in distress. I once imagined becoming a nurse or a veterinary doctor - always drawn to ease suffering. Choosing clinical psychology allowed me to align my livelihood with my inner compass of compassion and fairness.
