5 years of experience

I offer mental health care for individuals aged 8–25.

I am a Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychosocial Clinical Studies from Ambedkar University Delhi. I have over five years of experience working with children and adolescents, as well as children and adults from marginalized, migrant, and refugee communities in and around Delhi. I believe in creating spaces of potential where the therapist and client can gently weave their stories together. I see children as layered beings who hold multitudes within themselves, and I deeply cherish the intricacies that each child brings into the therapeutic space. I strive to make the often-tiresome process of unravelling one’s story feel safer, gentler, and more meaningful for my clients. My work is grounded in a client-centered, intersectional lens, and I am committed to building collaborative and affirming therapeutic relationships that honor each person’s unique context and lived experience.

FAQs
FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I believe that people deserve to have their stories heard, and that no single experience, identity, or image can ever fully capture who a person is. I wanted to create a small space where those different parts of oneself could be explored, understood, and held with care. It is the kind of space I had wished for as a young child, and having the opportunity to create that space with others feels meaningful to me.
