Kritika is a psychologist who sees therapy as a space where curiosity, safety, and genuine connection allow young people to make sense of their experiences at their own pace. She is deeply interested in listening closely and tries to see through the client’s lens, holding compassion for what has been difficult while also tracing the quieter stories of strength, resilience, and resourcefulness that may already exist. While holding relationships as powerful anchors in a person’s life, she is interested in understanding the stories that people carry within themselves, their families, friendships, and everyday worlds, and works closely with the person’s ecosystem. She brings warmth, patience, and a sense of playfulness to her work, believing that healing often happens through small moments, shared humour, creative exploration, and feeling truly understood.
Outside the therapy room, she enjoys conversations over coffee, good food, travelling, gaming, films, books, and finding small pockets of calm in everyday life, experiences that continue to shape her practice.
