When life starts to feel heavy, unclear, or difficult to move through, therapy can begin to feel like a place to turn. My intention is to offer you a space, free from judgment, where you feel hopeful, grounded, safe, and truly heard. Therapy with me is collaborative - we will talk, reflect, and gently make sense of your experiences while also working towards changes that feel realistic and meaningful in your everyday life.
I support individuals who find themselves struggling with anxiety, burnout, self-worth concerns, relationship concerns, academic stress, emotional overwhelm, and challenges related to overall well-being. I also support clients who struggle with obsessive thoughts and compulsive patterns. Many people come in saying things like, “My thoughts never seem to stop,” “I’m constantly stressed,” “I want to improve myself but don’t know how,” or “I’m finding it hard to manage relationships and expectations,”. Therapy will help you explore these concerns by understanding thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviours, while building self-awareness, emotional balance, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, without rushing, labeling, or offering quick fixes.
Outside of the therapy space, dancing, journaling and getting lost in both fiction and non-fiction books, helps me unwind, reflect and reconnect with myself.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I chose to become a therapist out of a deep curiosity about what people feel beneath what they say. Emotions shape our lives in quiet but powerful ways, yet they’re often misunderstood or ignored. When emotions, thoughts, and behaviours are understood with care, healing begins to feel possible and meaningful. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural way to hold space for these deeper conversations and support people in making sense of their inner worlds.
