At times, life can feel confusing like you're doing all the right things but still not feeling okay. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious or just not like yourself. It’s okay to not have all the answers. Reaching out for support doesn’t mean something is wrong with you, it means you’re choosing to take care of yourself. Therapy can offer a safe, non-judgmental space to understand what’s going on inside and gently begin to heal.
Hi! I am an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist and in my journey of becoming a mental health practitioner I have had the chance to work with people from different age groups and backgrounds - each navigating their own unique challenges. These have included anxiety, low mood, unexplained physical symptoms like persistent stomach aches despite clear medical reports, struggles with self-worth or patterns in their personality that made daily life harder. Supporting them helped me understand just how complex our emotions can be and how deeply life experiences can affect our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
My approach to therapy is warm and collaborative, guided by your comfort and pace. Together, we’ll explore what you’re going through with care, respect and openness. I work from a trauma-informed lens, keeping in mind how past experiences may still impact you. Together, we focus on building trust, emotional strength and practical coping tools. I tailor each session to what feels most helpful for you, this might include understanding your thoughts and feelings, managing stress, improving relationships or using mindfulness to feel more present and grounded.
Outside of therapy, I truly value moments that help me slow down and reconnect with myself. I enjoy traveling and discovering new places and cultures always leaves me feeling inspired and refreshed. Baking is another passion of mine - there's something comforting about creating something from scratch and sharing it with others. Music plays a big part in my everyday life, whether it’s to lift my mood, unwind after a long day, or simply enjoy the moment. Just like anyone else, I have my own ways of coping, recharging and staying connected to what matters.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
My journey began with a desire to explore something new and unique that would allow me to help others and engage in humanitarian work. Studying various theories and schools of psychology deepens my understanding of myself and others, particularly in terms of human behavior and its complexities. As an empathetic person, I believe in the transformative power of empathy and understanding to promote healing and personal growth. This career allows me to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives, and I find it incredibly rewarding to support clients on their journey towards self-discovery and resilience.
