If you’ve been feeling lost, overwhelmed, or like you’re carrying too many pieces of a puzzle that just don’t seem to fit, therapy can be a space shaped for you, at your pace, in your way. What you bring into our sessions and the process we build together, form the heart of our work. There may be moments of challenge, but I believe you already carry your own “know-hows,” and together we can draw on them to support your well-being. If you’ve been also feeling like your mind won’t stop racing, replaying moments over and over, or like there’s always “so much to do” and never enough space to breathe before the next transition in life, we could address these in the session. By slowing down, unpacking what’s weighing you down, and exploring what you truly need.
I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology, with a specialization in Clinical and Counselling Practice, and have worked across hospitals, schools, child development centres, and community spaces. My approach weaves together mindfulness-based practices, cognitive-behavioral strategies (CBT) for understanding thoughts and behaviors, and narrative therapy to honor the larger story and context you come from.
I am also passionate and interested in working with physical/visible disabilities and neurodivergence. Outside my clinical work, I love adventure, exploring places, picture books and art galleries.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I choose Psychology because of my interest in the various aspects and domains it focuses upon. I was intrigued about the idea and nature of therapy. The experiences in the field and my personal connection with the subject made me realise the importance and the need of the larger psychosocial support that I could provide as a therapist.
