Hi! I am an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist a masters and M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from Kasturba Medical college and National Forensic Sciences University respectively. My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I see therapy not as a one-size-fits-all process, but as a deeply relational and evolving journey one that honours each client’s story, pace, and emotional truths.
Over the years, I’ve worked across varied settings ranging from clinics to community-based spaces—where I’ve engaged with individuals navigating a wide spectrum of psychological concerns. These include trauma, loss, identity confusion, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and relational ruptures. My therapeutic style integrates trauma-informed care with evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also work through a psychosocial lens, acknowledging how personal suffering is often shaped by wider systemic and relational forces.
What grounds me in this work is the belief that healing happens not only through techniques, but through being seen, heard, and held in one’s complexity. I bring gentleness, cultural humility, and humor when appropriate especially for clients who may find therapy anxiety-provoking or emotionally raw. I’m committed to creating affirming spaces that support sex-positivity, LGBTQ+ identities, and the mental health of women and gender-diverse individuals. Outside of work, I find grounding in small joys: shared meals, long conversations, and meaningful silences.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
"I’ve always been drawn to the quiet strength people carry, even in their most vulnerable moments. Early on, I realized how transformative it can be to have someone truly see you not just listen. And hold space for your pain, your hopes, and your growth. I became a therapist because I believe in the power of human connection to heal. Every story I’ve witnessed has deepened my awe for the resilience we’re capable of, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside others as they reclaim their agency and rewrite their narratives."
