Sometimes life just feels off, like you're stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure, and it can be hard to reach out or even believe things can feel different. Many of us go through times like these. Whether you’re facing a specific struggle or just a sense of unease, therapy can be a space to feel understood, less alone, and to begin making sense of what’s going on.
Hi! I’m an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience in supporting individuals across age groups. My work is rooted in curiosity, respect, and a deep trust in each person’s capacity to grow.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and flexible. I'm guided by values like empathy and authenticity, drawing from humanistic and existential ideas. I incorporate cognitive work to explore how your thoughts and emotions connect, and gently shift unhelpful patterns along with mindfulness and acceptance-based tools to help support clarity, compassion, and choice. I also work with a trauma-informed lens, creating a safe space to honour what you’ve been through while moving toward healing and growth. I’m especially curious about how our experiences shape personality, behaviour, and healing, and I’m drawn to themes like trauma, addiction, and spiritual psychology.
Outside of work, I turn to things that help me feel grounded, like painting, calligraphy, yoga, exploring new places, or simply being in nature. I find joy in caring for animals, learning new things, indulging in small moments of self-pampering, and most of all, listening to the radio and music, which are almost always playing in the background. These small, steady joys help me feel at home in myself and bring a sense of balance to my days.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
While studying psychology, I became fascinated by the remarkable complexity and depth of the mind. This drove me to explore further and deepen my understanding of the human mind and behaviour. I chose to pursue therapy as a profession because I believe strongly in the immense potential within each individual and value the opportunity to support their journeys toward healing, self-awareness, and the realisation of their highest potential. Additionally, I also find great value in learning from the individuals I connect with.
