Welcome – I'm glad you're here.
I am an RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist and I hold an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology. As a professional, my practice is grounded in a client-centred, and trauma-informed approach. I hold space with the belief that therapy is not a place for correction, but for corrective experiences—a compassionate hour where your feelings, memories, and stories are held with curiosity, care, and respect.
In my years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work with people across all walks of life. I am queer-affirmative, sex-positive, and dedicated to creating a therapeutic space where every part of you feels safe and seen.
My work draws from a range of evidence-based modalities. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioural and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and mindfulness-based therapies. My approach is deeply enriched by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Compassionate Inquiry. These frameworks help us explore how your inner world has adapted to survive—and how we can nurture safety, connection, and healing from within.
Outside the therapy room, I find joy in the simple things like cuddling cats, reading stories, and spending time with kind-hearted people. These small, grounding pleasures remind me of the importance of presence, playfulness, and connection—the very same things I hope to help you reclaim or rediscover in your journey.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
Psychology for me has been a calling and a deliberate choice. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to questions about meaning and purpose—and time and again, I’ve found the answer in people and relationships.
Becoming a therapist has been both a personal and professional journey—one rooted in a desire to better understand myself and to more fully support others. For me, this work is about my purpose which I deliver
with presence, empathy, and by creating spaces where healing and growth can unfold.
