Ghazal believes that every child and young person deserves to be met with curiosity before conclusions. She is passionate about working with young people to look beyond the labels the world has given them and reconnect with their own strengths, voice, and sense of who they are. Inspired by Jess Lair's words, "Children are not things to be moulded, but people to be unfolded," she strives to create a therapeutic space where children, adolescents, and young people feel safe enough to share the stories they carry at their own pace and on their own terms. Drawing on client-centred, strengths-based approaches, Ghazal works collaboratively with young people and their families, believing that lasting change happens through early, thoughtful support and relationships grounded in trust, safety, and genuine respect.
