Hello. I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist at Amaha. During my years of working experience, I have closely worked with individuals diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Stress related concerns and Self esteem related issues. As a therapist I strongly believe that we all have the capacity to reach our potential and through therapy which is a collaborative process, it helps us in becoming more aware of our own abilities and helps us in achieving our goals more adequately.
I favour an eclectic approach in which I try to include different types of approaches from various therapies like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy based on the clients needs. Thus, it is tailor made for each client depending on their concerns.
Additionally, I am also interested in increasing awareness about Mental health and illnesses which would help in reducing the stigma and shame that is associated with it so that more and more people can reach out.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
Since I started to study Psychology, I have always wanted to learn more as it would fascinate me how every individual is different and how the role of nature and nurture helps in shaping every individual. Psychology has not only helped me in understanding myself better and work on myself but it has also enabled me to help others in their challenging times. It has been really rewarding for me as I am able to work for the betterment of society.
