Hello! I am a clinical psychologist (RCI registered) and an ardent advocate of mental health with experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with various emotional, psychological, and behavioral disorders. My psychotherapeutic approach is primarily based on the cognitive-behavioral school of thought and mindfulness-based techniques such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I have experience working with both, adults and children/adolescents struggling with clinical issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, stress, trauma, as well as issues of self-esteem, motivation, and difficulties in adjustment. On days when I’m not sitting on the therapy couch, I find solace in music and televised fiction with a hot cup of kadak chai.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
From a young age, I observed how mental health issues can impact someone’s life and those around them. This is why I decided to take up a profession where I could help people reach their fullest potential in a non-judgmental manner and provide them with a safe space to aid their mental, emotional and interpersonal growth.
