Becoming a therapist wasn’t just a decision, it was something that gradually revealed itself through my deep sensitivity to the emotions and stories people carry. I’ve always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface: the discomfort, the resilience, the parts we often hide. Psychology gave language and structure to what I already felt, a way to understand how past experiences shape us, and how change becomes possible through insight, connection, and care. To me, therapy is a space where people feel truly seen — not reduced to a label, but held with empathy and respect. Supporting others in that space is not just my work, it’s my purpose.
