Many people move through life appearing fine, while privately wrestling with overwhelm, unease, or feeling stuck.
Many of my clients come to me feeling drained by anxiety, tangled in overthinking, or burdened by old wounds. They’re professionals, students, parents, and partners who look “fine” on the outside, but inside, it’s exhausting to keep going this way.
In our sessions, you’ll find a calm, non-judgmental space where we go at your pace. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) not as abstract techniques, but as practical tools. With CBT, we look at the connections between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours to break unhelpful cycles and build healthier patterns. Mindfulness helps you stay grounded in the present moment, easing the pull of overthinking or overwhelm. ACT supports you in clarifying what truly matters to you and taking steps toward those values, even in the face of difficult emotions. Whether it’s managing anxiety, working through grief, or navigating complicated relationships, our work will be collaborative, respectful, and rooted in what feels safe for you.
Outside of therapy, you might find me tending to my garden, making travel plans, or unwinding with Netflix. I believe in small, grounding joys: a good song, a walk in fresh air, the comfort of routine, can be powerful forms of healing too. My hope is that when you read this, you will feel a little less alone and a little more hopeful about what’s possible.
