If you’ve been trying to hold things together on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, tired, or unsure on the inside, you’re not alone.
Sometimes the hardest part is not even knowing how to explain what’s going on, just a sense that something feels off.
You don’t need to have the right words or a clear starting point here. We can take our time with it.
I work with people who are navigating anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, work stress, and those in-between phases of life that feel confusing or heavy. Alongside this, I’ve spent time supporting individuals dealing with chronic health conditions, caregivers carrying emotional responsibility, and those going through fertility journeys. These experiences often come with feelings that are difficult to name, and even harder to share.
In our sessions, I focus on creating a space where things can slow down. Where you don’t have to rush to make sense of everything at once, or feel like you need to be a certain way.
We work collaboratively, understanding your experiences, your patterns, and what might help you feel a little more steady and in control.
For me, therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you understand yourself in a way that feels kinder, clearer, and more manageable over time.
Outside of my work, I find myself drawn to quiet, familiar moments that help me reset. I value slowing down, even in small ways, and I try to bring that same pace and gentleness into the space I hold for my clients.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
Honestly, it didn’t start with a big calling, but I found myself slowly drawn to it, especially to understanding people and what they carry within.
Over time, though, something shifted. I began to realize how much it matters to feel heard, understood, and gently guided when things feel overwhelming.
That’s when it became less about the subject being interesting, and more about the intent to be able to sit with someone and, in whatever small way, help them find a sense of clarity or direction.
