Let's talk about the 3 pm loneliness. When the world is weighing you down, but you keep showing up, on autopilot, present in your roles, but somewhere along the way, losing yourself in it? If you've found your way here, it means you're choosing to show up for yourself, and that already takes more courage than most people realise. Therapy, to me, is about taking back control of your own life. You work on what's within your reach, your patterns, your behaviours, your emotions, and slowly, the rest begins to fall into place. Think of it as your therapist holding one end of your earphones and helping you untangle them, at your pace, without any rush.
I work through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, humanistic, and narrative perspectives, with mindfulness woven in. In simple terms, we look at the patterns in your thoughts and behaviours, make space for you to find your own answers, and revisit the stories you tell about yourself that may be holding you back. I see you within your sociocultural context, not as an isolated individual, because who you are is also shaped by the world around you. Within the therapy room, I stay open to learning, adapting, and doing what actually works best for us, together.
Outside of therapy, I am someone who falls into internet rabbit holes and doesn't always find the way out. You'll find me lost in a good book or chasing street food, because it's me and my street food against the world.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I was introduced to psychology at 11, through a conversation with my mother. That conversation made me realise that psychology isn't about reading minds; it's about understanding them, and the idea stayed with me. The complexity of human emotion and behaviour has fascinated me ever since. Moreover, my own journey with mental health and the work of finding the right support for myself helped me understand how much it matters to get that support at the right time. Now, sitting on the other side of the table, I carry this role with a lot of care and responsibility, hoping to give someone else what I once needed.
