Hi! I am a ciswoman and I go by pronouns she/her. Having completed M.Phil in Clinical Psychology (2022), I have a prior work experience of 5 years with individuals (adults, adolescents and children), families and communities from varied walks of life. The more I have learnt about human behavior, I have realized that there is more for me to learn. This curiosity drives my practice and interactions with the clients. With a belief that ‘one shoe does not fit all’, my approach to therapy is eclectic and client centered. Genuinity, positive unconditional regard and spontaneity guide me in building therapeutic relationships and helping my client work through their challenges. When not at work, I enjoy dancing, going on nature walks, traveling, reading, painting, interacting with people, learning about cultures and languages.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
The journey to become a therapist began as a journey of becoming someone I wish I had as a child, it eventually transformed into a journey filled with curiosity about human mind and behavior. This eventually directed itself towards me equipping myself with the scientific knowledge in classrooms and workshops, as well as continued exploration of the ever dynamic human nature in practice. The journey that began as a high school student has only continued ever since.
