I am a Clinical Psychologist with 8+ years of knowledge and training in the field of psychology. I began my journey in psychology at school, until recently when I finished my licensing training in Clinical Psychology at JSS Hospital, Mysuru. In years of becoming a mental health professional, I extensively gained my skills by working with individuals with diverse mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, substance use, OCD, bipolar mood disorder, and various personality disorders. When working with clients, I use an eclectic approach of evidence-based techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based therapy. I believe that knowing, understanding, and accepting the depths of oneself are the biggest steps toward self-growth. My therapy approach aligns with the same belief system of insights, revelations, and working through the process. Apart from psychology, I am moderately trained in classical and other forms of dancing. I enjoy exercising, exploring various cuisines, and traveling in my free time.
