2 years of experience

A lot of people I work with, come in trying to navigate some of the most emotionally difficult phases of their lives whether that’s feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or trying to cope with experiences that have been hard to carry alone. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment, while helping you understand patterns that may feel confusing, stuck, or difficult to change. My approach is practical, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Experiential techniques not just to explore your experiences, but to help you develop coping strategies that actually work in your day-to-day life. I’ve also worked closely with families, which helps me understand the larger context people come from and how it shapes their struggles. Whether you’re feeling lost, stuck, or simply trying to understand yourself better, the focus is on helping you build clarity, emotional balance, and a way forward that feels sustainable and meaningful to you. Outside of work, I’m usually exploring new cafés, collecting “I’ll definitely come back here” places where I can treat myself with desserts.

FAQs

Why did you choose to become a therapist?

I’ve always been drawn to understanding what drives people beneath the surface, especially when their behaviour doesn’t align with what they’re feeling inside. Over time, I realized I didn’t just want to understand it, I wanted to help people untangle it. Therapy feels like a space where real change happens - not with advice but with self-exploration. That made the choice clear.
