I believe we all carry untold stories, some soft, some aching, that quietly shape our ways of being. And the pain we hold doesn’t exist in a vacuum; it often speaks to the systems we live in, the roles we’ve had to play, and the silences we’ve had to hold. Therapy is a space to not just heal, but to reclaim voice, agency, and meaning, and it helps to pause, reflect, and move through life with a little more clarity and self-kindness.
If you've been feeling anxious, stuck, or feel like something's off but you can't quite name it, you're not alone. I often work with people who are doing their best to hold things together, but feel like they could use a space to pause and process. Maybe you're caught in patterns that no longer work, navigating a difficult relationship, or just trying to make sense of what you're feeling. Whatever brings you here, I'd like to help.
I'm an RCI-licensed clinical psychologist trained at NIMHANS, with several years of experience working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. My approach draws from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) and Psychodynamic thinking, along with interpersonal and existential perspectives. What that means in practice is that we'll work together to untangle your thoughts and emotions, understand the patterns shaping your relationships, and explore what gives your life meaning. I use narratives and reflective dialogue because sometimes the right metaphor or question can unlock something that's been hard to reach.
I've worked with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, neurodivergence, overthinking and intrusive thoughts, relationship struggles, personality patterns, and chronic health conditions. But more than anything, I believe therapy is about creating space where you can explore who you are without judgment, and find ways to move forward that feel true to you.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy reading Murakami, trekking, or writing free-verse poetry. These experiences help me sit with life's big questions and the emotions we all carry, and I sometimes bring that sensibility into our work together when it feels right.
Looking forward to meeting you and walking with you on this journey.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I became a therapist out of a deep curiosity about how we live, connect, and grow together. Over time, this journey has taught me what it means to be human within many roles and relationships. For me, therapy is about creating a space where all parts of you are welcome: where you can be seen, heard, and accepted just as you are.
