I’ve always been curious about people, about what shapes their thoughts, emotions, and choices, and how they make sense of their experiences. Over time, I realized how powerful it can be when someone feels truly seen and heard, without judgment or expectation. That simple act of being understood can begin to heal wounds that words often can’t. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of that understanding. It allows me to hold space for people as they navigate their emotions, confront their fears, and rediscover their strengths. I believe therapy offers a space where you don’t have to hold everything together - where it’s okay to be unsure, overwhelmed, or even lost.
