When life feels tangled, overwhelming, or too heavy to manage on your own, it can be hard to know where to start. This space is for you to simply be, without judgment or pressure. Here, every feeling—whether loud or quiet—is welcome. Together, we can make sense of what’s been weighing you down and find ways to make it lighter. As a therapist, I believe that the right conversation can change the way we see ourselves and our lives. Together, we will work through challenges and the heavy emotions that sometimes feel too hard to carry alone.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with an MPhil in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical and Counselling Psychology, specialising in supporting adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, body-image issues, and personality patterns that affect everyday life. I work with an integrated approach that focuses on both the mind and the body, rooted in trauma-informed care that honours how past experiences can shape the present. My work often includes somatic approaches to help release stress held in the body, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to guide clients toward choices aligned with their values, and mindfulness and relationship-focused therapy to deepen emotional awareness and build healthier patterns. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, process emotions, and reconnect with themselves, moving toward change at a pace that feels right for them.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy baking, painting on canvas, and watching crime documentaries.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
My journey toward becoming a therapist started with a personal connection to psychology during my school years, but it was my own experience as a therapy client that truly shaped this path. Sitting across from my therapist, I experienced the power of being heard, understood, and supported in a way that could shift the way I saw myself and my life. That experience made me realize I wanted to be on the other side of the room, creating the same safe and meaningful space for others. Over time, as I began working with clients, I saw how therapy allows people to pause, reflect, and slowly reshape their lives in ways they never imagined. Witnessing that growth and being trusted with someone’s most vulnerable moments has made this work deeply fulfilling for me.
