I offer mental health care for individuals aged 8–25.
Anwesha (she/they) is a trauma-informed psychotherapist who works with young people and families. Guided by curiosity and care, they hold a steady belief that people already carry many of the resources they need.
They work alongside young people and families to make sense of emotional overwhelm, identity and belonging, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance use. They hope people leave therapy feeling seen, and a little more connected to themselves and the world around them.
Outside the therapy room, Anwesha is often found tending to their plants, reading, or talking excitedly over coffee about something that’s caught their attention.
