Hey there! I am Anshul Khosla. As a therapist, I believe change is a collaboration of adaptability and resilience. When they embrace each other, each individual propels themselves towards growth and healing. My role is to facilitate you in overcoming the obstacles that may be hindering the process. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have worked with individuals who have struggled with various concerns ranging from complex trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, stress, multiple types of abuse, attachment difficulties, OCD and bipolar disorder. Incorporating mental health assessments, I am vastly oriented to the third-wave approach to psychotherapy. I believe in forming a client-centric action plan to resolve distress and improve daily functioning.
I completed my M.Phil. (RCI) from Mumbai, while working with several clients across government and private establishments in Mumbai, and I completed my MSc from Christ University, Bangalore. As a summer graduate, I developed a deeper insight into the role of the brain in processing emotions and its relationship with the language used in processing thoughts at Oxford University, London. Working with the National Disaster Management Authority of India (NDMA) allowed me to work with individuals across various conditions while fostering long-term change. I'm passionate about dancing, film-making, content creation, fitness, music, and mimicry. Life can be challenging, but I believe in the importance of finding joy and balance along the way.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
From a young age, I’ve always been drawn towards helping others, and as I got older, I knew I wanted to pursue a career that would allow me to do that. The human mind is complex and fascinating, and I wanted to learn everything about it. As I dove deeper into the world of mental health, I realised that I wanted to be a part of bringing access to high-quality mental health care as I believed that everyone deserves the power of human connection. There’s something special about providing a safe and supportive environment for someone to share their thoughts and feelings without judgement.
