Hello I am a compassionate mental health professional and Clinical Psychologist. I hold an M. Phil in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Lucknow . I have worked extensively in OPD and IPD set ups and have provided individual psychotherapy and counseling services. I believe in meeting clients where they are, holding space with full attunement, and facilitating the emergence of self in the here and now. My approach is rooted in Psychodynamic and Trauma-Informed frameworks, with a focus on early childhood experiences and attachment styles. My working side aligns more with Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I prioritize building equal and autonomous therapeutic relationships and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, considering factors such as culture, religion, gender, and neurodivergence. Outside my clinical work, I identify as an artist who values creation and free flow, believing that both therapy and art share the power to facilitate growth and healing. I love poetry, books and music. I am driven to sunlight and sunflowers. And can be your yellow person.

Why did you choose to become a therapist?

Navigating subjectivity and vulnerability in a world often perceived as objective and tight has been a challenge I embraced as a child. I’ve always been drawn to engaging in interactional, relational, and insightful conversations with the people around me. From a young age, I held an intuitive presence, observing and understanding the unsaid—both within myself and in others. I’ve always been curious, driven to uncover what lies beyond the surface. What I loved most was how naturally I connected with others, finding joy in listening to stories of hope, pain, and resilience. I always enjoyed paying attention to the small things , small changes, big outcomes and consequences.
