“The mountains that you are carrying, you were only supposed to climb”- Najwa Zebian
So many of us have moved through life carrying weight we were never meant to hold alone. At times it may have felt exhausting or confusing or scary or lonely or almost like you’ve been stuck in a loop… but it doesn’t always have to be that way.
As a therapist, my role is to walk alongside you, not to fix you, but to help you better understand yourself, lighten that load, and rediscover how you show up for yourself and others.
I offer an integrative approach where we collaborate on setting goals based on what you need. This could mean exploring the different parts of you, your thought patterns, how you perceive the world, and how all of it impacts you in your daily life.
When I’m not being a therapist, I try to write and perform spoken word poetry, make relatable memes (because why not?), and if I’m being honest, expertly procrastinate about working out.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
Therapy as a profession is empowering in more ways than one. It is a space where we not only get the opportunity to help others but also learn from their experiences. Having been an introspective and reflective person since I was a kid, listening to others and helping them cope came naturally to me. As I was exposed to experiences of people who could not find the appropriate help and guidance they needed with their mental health concerns, I felt I had a responsibility to contribute to the field in whichever capacity I could.
