Hey there! I am a Consultant Psychologist at Amaha. I believe everyone’s mind is a unique universe, and my goal is to help you understand yours with clarity, kindness and curiosity.
Therapy isn’t one size fits all, and I don’t treat it that way. Some people need structure. Some just need space to speak freely. Some need both. I draw from a range of approaches like CBT, SFBT, ACT, Expressive Arts, and trauma informed care to support you in a way that fits your mind, not just the theory. I’ll always explain what we’re doing and why, so it feels collaborative and grounded. The goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported.
I work with a queer affirmative, trauma-informed and multicultural perspective. No matter who you are or where you come from, you are seen, safe and respected.
In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive space where you can share whatever you’re feeling or thinking, without fear of judgment. Whether you feel anxious, stuck in relationships, or just overwhelmed with life, I’m here to help you untangle what’s weighing you down and move forward in a way that makes sense for you.
Outside of therapy, I love reading, exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and finding ways to stay physically active, it helps me stay grounded too.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I didn’t have one big moment. It was lots of small moments that showed me how much people carry inside them quietly. I’ve always been curious about why we feel and act the way we do. Being a therapist lets me sit with people in their pain and help them understand themselves better.
Still have questions, or just need to talk it through? We’re here to help no matter what you’re looking for, or where you're starting from.
