I offer mental health care for individuals aged 8–25.
I am a client-centric psychologist trying to meet people ‘where they are.’ Drawing from strength-based practices, I believe that therapy is a collaborative space prioritizing client autonomy. I integrate the socio-cultural contexts of my clients into my approach, believing that therapy is most effective when it respects and reflects their unique backgrounds. I am interested in community mental health and want to bring a positive change in society, no matter how small the step. I have completed my Honours degree in Psychology from Delhi University and Masters in Applied Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Mumbai). With a diverse experience of working with individuals during my fieldwork settings, I bring in different perspectives to the table. Outside of work, I am a trained Bharatanatyam dancer and like to play badminton. I also love exploring new places, am a big time foodie, and all things fun.
