My interest in psychology began early, listening to my grandfather, a psychiatrist, talk about Freudian ideas and the complexity of the human mind. At the same time, my grandmother, a gynaecologist, often shared stories about the emotional struggles many of her patients faced but rarely spoke about openly. These experiences made me realize how many people live with invisible pain and feel like it won't get better. I chose to become a therapist because I want people to feel heard, understood, and supported. I don't want anyone to think that they're alone and I want to see people genuinely thrive and live life to the fullest.
