I’m really glad you found your way here. Reaching out for therapy often comes with uncertainty, hesitation, or even self-doubt, and I want you to know that all of that is welcome. My role isn’t to rush you toward answers, but to sit with you as we begin making sense of what you’re carrying, at a pace that feels safe.
Practicing as a Clinical Psychologist (RCI), with several years of experience across psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation settings, and multidisciplinary teams, I believe that what shapes my work most is not just my training, it’s the human moments I’ve shared with people in pain, in transition, and in quiet resilience.
In therapy with me, you can expect a space that is warm, steady, and non-judgmental. We may talk, sit in silence, reflect, or gently explore what your body is holding when words fall short. I work with concerns such as depression, mood fluctuations, anxiety, OCD, substance and behavioral dependence, spectrum of psychosis, psychosomatic concerns, and adjustment-related stress. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I pay close attention to you- your story, your context, and what feels most alive or stuck right now.
My approach is client-centered and integrative, guided by the mind–body connection. Therapy with me is structured enough to feel grounding, but flexible enough to meet you where you are. It’s less about “fixing” and more about understanding, softening, and slowly finding steadier ground
Outside of my clinical work, I hold a deep love for travel and creative expression through art – poetry, books and storyboard illustrations which often finds its way into the therapy space in gentle but optional ways.
If you’re feeling unsure, tired of carrying things alone, or just quietly curious about yourself- there’s no pressure to be anything other than what you are right now. We can begin there.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I chose to become a therapist because the philosophy of mind has always enchanted me with its relative presence. It fascinates me how the human mind evolves. How, in spite of having similar backgrounds, social structures and support systems two minds have the power of seeing, experiencing, exploring and interpreting the same reality in completely different ways. It intrigues me how it varies across time, context, culture and civilizations but still manages to co-exist in a collective unifying whole.
Socially, I very strongly believe that mental health and well-being needs to be acknowledged and promoted. It is a necessity and as important as physical health concerns especially when there has been a lack of awareness in the population, an associated fear and stigma attached to it and lack of assisted care.

" I've been taking sessions with Ms. Anamika for the last one year.
Ms. Anamika has been unbelievably kind, helpful, and patient. She created a safe space for me through her calm/ non judgemental demeanor and I felt comfortable opening up
Her perspective helped me see things differently and I am grateful for it.
I'd recommend her to anyone who is struggling with their mental health and might be hesitating to reach out for support"- Anonymous
