I offer developmental support for children under 8.
I am Akansha Rastogi, a Developmental Psychologist at Children First. I also lead the Developmental Intake Services at CF. Alongside my work as a developmental therapist, I am trained as a Neuro Dramatic Play Practitioner.
With over 11 years of experience in the field, I have worked across diverse settings, supporting children, adolescents, and families. My journey began as a school psychologist at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where I addressed the socio-emotional concerns of students, fostering their well-being within the school ecosystem. After that, I transitioned into an intervention setting, working closely with neuro-diverse children and their families, tailoring support to their unique strengths and needs.
A typical workday for me is filled with playfulness and the joy of co-creating safe spaces for children and families. I deeply believe that "it takes a village to raise a child," and therefore, my work is guided by systemic collaboration with families, schools, and other environments that shape a child's development.

What does it mean?
