Hey there!
If you’ve found your way here, maybe a part of you is feeling overwhelmed, tired of holding everything together, or longing for a space where you don’t have to pretend you’re okay. It’s completely alright to feel this way - that part of you deserves care and gentleness. Reaching out isn’t easy, and the fact that you’re here already shows courage. Whenever you feel ready, I’ll be here to walk with you.
I’m an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist, and many people who come to me say things like, “I overthink everything,” “My emotions feel too much,” “I’m struggling in my relationships,” or “I feel low and disconnected.” If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone. I support individuals dealing with anxiety, low mood, OCD, ADHD, interpersonal concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. I draw from evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed principles which often involve managing strong emotions, noticing patterns in relationships, or shifting unhelpful beliefs. I don’t follow a one-size-fits-all method - we shape the process together in a way that honours your story.
I deeply value creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported just as you are. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you; it’s about understanding you, working together, and moving at a pace that feels right for you.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find me traveling to new places, exploring cosy cafés, dancing, or immersing myself in music. These are the moments that help me reconnect, unwind, and show up more fully for the people I work with.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
I was drawn to psychology because I’ve always been curious about people - what they carry, what shapes them, and how they make sense of their feelings and experiences. With time, I realised how powerful it can be when someone finally feels heard and understood, even in the smallest ways. That’s what pulled me toward becoming a therapist.
I chose this path because I truly believe that everyone deserves a space where they can show up as they are - confused, overwhelmed, hopeful, tired, or anything in between. A space where they don’t have to pretend or hold everything together.
Being able to sit with someone in those honest moments, to help them understand themselves a little better, and to see them find strength they didn’t know they had - that has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life.
