If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, on the edge, or like you’re carrying too much on your own, I want you to know you’re not alone. I offer a space where you can pause, reflect, and explore what’s been heavy on your mind at a pace that feels right for you, and work together to make sense of your experiences. I am a Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology. My clients often tell me “I feel like I have several tabs open in my mind, all wanting attention”, “I don’t think I can do this”, “I still feel like the 8 year old helpless child when I remember that.” If this resonates with you, know that you're not alone, and that healing is possible. I draw from different therapy approaches based on what suits you best. Sometimes this looks like helping you notice and gently shift unhelpful thought patterns or it may also involve learning how to be kinder to yourself, understand your emotional needs, or create healthier boundaries in relationships. Like Carl Jung said, “We cannot change it unless we accept it.” I believe that therapy begins with accepting our inner worlds, and from there, change unfolds naturally. Outside of work, I can be seen writing poetry, enjoying memes, indulging in Youtube and can be found petting a stray cat in the back alley.

FAQs

Why did you choose to become a therapist?

A part of my life was seeing some of my closest people journey through very difficult times around their mental health. These deep personal experiences lead to curiosities of the disorders of the mind or the order that I could not understand. As I delved deeper into the field of Psychology, I fell in love with the art and science of therapy and how therapy can make this journey smoother and safer for the person, if not help to avoid entirely. And this love made me pursue professional training to be able to help the one that seeks me in the right way.
