If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or unsure how to name what’s going on, therapy can give you language for what you’ve been carrying - and support you through it at your own pace. With a strong grounding in trauma-informed care and a background in counselling psychology, I believe that genuine transformation begins with a safe space for your story to be held, explored, and understood with care. In my therapeutic work with clients, I have often found that empathy, genuineness, and authentic presence are essential to the healing process. As a therapist, I support clients collaboratively through emotional distress, low mood, anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, and past traumatic experiences. I have a Master’s in Lifespan Counselling, as well as certifications in Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Reimprinting, allowing me to take an eclectic approach in therapy that is tailor-made to my clients’ needs. I also integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy in my practice. Through our work together, clients have often shared that therapy has offered them a space to feel seen, to process what once felt overwhelming, and to reconnect with their inner strengths. My favourite way to unwind is taking a walk in nature, reading a book or taking a dance class!

FAQs
FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?

As an adolescent, I was exposed to a few peers experiencing mental health difficulties that went unnoticed by others. Even with the best of my intentions, I found myself limited in my capacity to support them through their challenges. This experience inspired me to pursue a career that enables me to support others navigating life and the challenges that come with it.
