What is a psychometric assessment?
Psychometric assessments or psychometric tests are created by researchers to evaluate any aspect of your mental health—including intelligence, personality, and/or any mental illnesses. These tests are often used to arrive at a diagnosis or create a mental health treatment plan. Remember that only a licensed mental health expert can administer a psychometric assessment and interpret the results.

We're making a difference
What I liked most about my experience was the flexibility & availability of therapists. Sessions are very easy to book and reschedule. Sristi has helped a lot - my experience has been good and she has been extremely professional in listening to my issues and providing support with things I should work on and things I should start accepting. If you've been feeling overwhelmed and want to unravel your emotions, therapy is a great option.

The session was definitely great, it gave us insights into our thinking process as individuals and as a couple. We were also able to envision a structured roadmap to help us navigate further. Thanks for the support!

A while ago, I shared my thoughts on taking couples therapy with my partner since we were facing issues. We're only a couple of sessions in but our therapist has helped us patiently and we've had 1 or 2 realisations after our sessions. It's been fruitful and we will be continuing. It helps getting an outsider's unbiased perspective and it'll help you feel better to unload some of your troubles..

I really appreciate how Couples Therapy was handled and made me and my partner realise that its our journey. Mental Health is a very big challenge. It is good how Amaha (InnerHour) is working towards being available. I really appreciate the high values Amaha (InnerHour) has laid down - doing a great job!
