What is the process of admission?
- Book a session with our psychiatrists. We'll help assess your situation and determine if inpatient care is the right step.
- Get evaluated based on your concerns, your mental and medical stability, determine the level of care needed, and categorise your risk level. Triage protocols may be applied depending on severity.
- Proceed with admission if eligible. You'll be guided through: Room types and fee structures; your rights under MHCA 2017; required documents; admission and consent forms; and any necessary legal clearances.
- Complete screening, including identity verification, belongings check, financial deposit, room assignment, and final medical clearance.
- Once all clearances are complete, you'll be escorted to your room. You'll meet your nursing team, receive a hospital orientation, and your care plan will begin.
What is the cost of treatment?

How long will I need to stay?
Your stay depends on your condition, severity, and the course of your treatment plan. An average stay is around 2 weeks, but it can range from 1 week to 2 months depending on your needs.
Is there any insurance facility available?
We do not have a cashless insurance facility at present. If you have valid insurance coverage, we will support you with all the documents required for reimbursement.
Are doctors available 24/7?
Yes. We have 24/7 monitoring by on-site psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and support staff, along with crisis response plans and emergency coordination.
