Dr Soumya is a Psychiatrist, trained from National institute of mental health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) and Kasturba medical college, Mangalore with more than 12 years of experience in this field. She was inspired to pursue a career in the field of Psychiatry whilst pursuing their medical internship. It provided her with an opportunity to work, build awareness and further understand problems related to the mind. As a student of medicine, she always firmly believed in not just evaluating the symptoms, but understanding the client as a whole. She takes a very individualistic approach while assessing clients. Her aim is to ensure that they have the ability to make informed decisions when it comes to their treatment plan. She is aware of how challenging it is to live with a mental health concern. And so, she strives to guide them in their journey of recovery from mental illnesses, and help them achieve their personal mental health goals.
