FAQs
Why did you choose to become a psychiatrist?
Dr. Parul's journey into psychiatry began with a deep concern about suicides among her medical school peers. Drawn to the art and science of psychiatry while wanting to address the often overlooked struggles of mental illness, she found fascination in understanding human behaviour. Recognizing the immense impact psychiatric interventions could have on an individual's quality of life, Dr. Parul is driven by the belief that every small change on an individual level contributes to the overall well-being of families and, in turn, society. Her goal is to make a meaningful difference by providing comfort and support to those facing mental health challenges.
