Dr. Khushboo Kansal is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over a decade of clinical experience. She has worked in India, Australia and the UK. She holds an MD in Psychiatry from BJMC Ahmedabad and is a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych), UK.
She has completed a Masterclass in Perinatal Psychiatry through the Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK) and holds the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International (PSI). Dr Kansal has enriched her clinical practice by training in Nutritional Psychiatry from Deakin University (Australia) and Compassion-Focused Therapy through the Compassionate Mind Foundation (UK).
Her expertise encompasses general adult psychiatry, consultation-liaison, and perinatal psychiatry, with particular interests in women’s mental health and nutritional psychiatry.
Dr. Kansal integrates her global training and experience to deliver a holistic, evidence-based approach. She works collaboratively with clients, drawing on biological, psychological, social, and lifestyle interventions to support mental well-being.
