I am a clinical psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges. My work focuses on helping people manage ADHD, Sexual health concerns, Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, and Schizophrenia in remission, within a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic space.
I primarily work with adults, offering personalized care that empowers clients to better understand themselves, cope with distress, and build a fulfilling life. Whether it's navigating the complexities of attention and focus, exploring identity and intimacy, or addressing persistent patterns of anxiety or intrusive thoughts, I approach each person’s needs with empathy and clinical expertise.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Client-Centered Therapy. I adapt these evidence-based modalities into a flexible, individualized framework that aligns with each client’s goals and comfort level.
In addition to my clinical work, I have conducted and presented research on mental health at national and international platforms. I’m also committed to mental health advocacy at the grassroots level, regularly organizing workshops and awareness initiatives to promote understanding and reduce stigma.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey toward healing, growth, and resilience. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy writing poetry and stories—creative practices I see as powerful tools for reflection and emotional expression.

FAQs
Why did you choose to become a therapist?
My interest in the field came from my childhood curiosity of 'why people behave the way they do?’ and when I had a certain understanding of it, I decided to become a therapist.
We all come across personal fables at different stages in our lives, and the purpose of living in a social world is to help each other grow. Becoming a therapist is my way of playing my part in the betterment of society by helping one individual at a time.
