About Ms. Siddhi Hegde
I’ve always believed that people have an innate capacity to heal and thrive. Think of it like a plant. If you give it the right soil, light, and space, it grows naturally. I see my role as a therapist not as someone who "fixes" you, but as someone who helps cultivate that right environment so you can unfold on your own terms.
My journey in this field started with a BA in Psychology, followed by an MA in Applied Psychology and an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology, both from the University of Mumbai. For me, psychology isn't just a professional toolkit; it’s a lens that has deeply shaped how I understand myself and the world around me. I bring that same curiosity and commitment to growth into every session.
Over the years, I’ve worked with adults and couples navigating a really diverse range of life challenges. Whether it’s managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, body image concerns, OCD, or chronic workplace stress, I’m here to help. A significant part of my practice also includes supporting clients from the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have experience helping couples bridge communication gaps, work through infidelity, cope with chronic illness, or navigate pre-marital counseling. I see clients both online and in person.
When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m usually immersing myself in some form of storytelling, whether that’s getting lost in a book, watching a good movie, or just doodling. I also love dancing, and lately, I've been catching the travel bug.
